Dare Together grew out of a simple observation: the best conversations about work, goals and everything else do not happen at networking events. They happen on the road - while cooking, in the car, on the way to the beach.
So that is what I organise: shared workations, plus a small WhatsApp group for the time in between. No membership fee, no platform, no program to work through.
Besides our own trips there are formats with partners. More on that when it is time.
In May 2026 we went out together for the first time: five weeks, a handful of people, everything booked ourselves. During the day everyone sat over their own work, in the evening somebody was always at the table. That was the point where it was clear a second trip would follow.
You see the real photos and the real group size. What did not go well last time is on the page too, not just the parts that worked.
Better one trip that fits than five that somehow happen. Cape Town has a handful of places, and I speak to everyone beforehand.
The connection comes from living together, not from exchanging business cards. That is why there is no program and no round of introductions.
I am building my own web studio and work from wherever I happen to be. I started Dare Together because I wanted both: to work properly and to live properly, with people who see it the same way. On Lombok that worked for the first time.
This is not a tour operator business and it should not feel like one. I find the house, put the group together, coordinate the booking - and then I fly along and live the time the same way everyone else does.
